Peti4d Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to peti4d. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and peti4d ("Platform", "We"). These terms govern all aspects of your use of our platform, including account registration, financial transactions, participation in games, and use of any features or services offered.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any peti4d service — whether via the website or mobile app — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the platform immediately.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use peti4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 Password Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and account. peti4d recommends that you:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your password with any other party, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Change your password regularly, at least once every three months.

3.3 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity occurring under your account — whether carried out by you or any other party with or without your knowledge — is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your peti4d account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. The following are the general withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions at peti4d are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). peti4d does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, additional fees may be imposed by third-party payment providers and are beyond peti4d's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Peti4d offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to their own wagering (rollover) requirements, which must be met before any withdrawal from bonus credits can be made.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinated fraud, or the use of automated software — is considered a serious violation. peti4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account suspected of bonus abuse without prior notice.

6. Game Rules

All games offered at peti4d — including slots, fish shooting games, live casino, and sports betting — are operated in accordance with their respective rules as set by the relevant game providers. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is displayed transparently within the game interface.

• The peti4d RNG (Random Number Generator) system has been certified by an international independent audit body.
• Any technical issues occurring during an active game session will be resolved based on valid server records. Results recorded by the peti4d server are final.
• Peti4d is not responsible for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any assistance tools that provide an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

• Holding multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Use of automated software, bots, or other unfair methods.
• Attempts at money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All valid balances will be refunded in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure once the final review is complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

Peti4d shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance.
• Processing delays or failures originating from third-party payment provider systems.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Peti4d's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendment of Terms

Peti4d reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notices or registered email. However, it remains your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
